A growing body of research reveals that some of the most consistent and reproducible effects of yoga practice include pain prevention and pain management, improved physical flexibility, muscular strength and neuromuscular performance, enhanced respiratory function, stress reduction, emotion regulation, improved mood and well-being, and improved cognitive functioning.

One-on-one therapeutic yoga sessions can be an opportunity to work on anything specific that is important to you regarding your physical and mental health, with dedicated attention and time. Some of the issues we can work together on are the ones related to chronic illness, injuries, pain management and physical and emotional trauma.
