yoga for trauma & mental health

Yoga can be used as an adjunct therapy to support mental health and trauma recovery, with significant therapeutic effects on the body and mind.

I conduct individual or small group programs dedicated to mental health, where you can be guided to explore movements, shapes and mindfulness techniques to find ways to:

+ release physical and emotional tension

+ feel safe in the present moment

+ connect or re-connect with the body

+ restore a sense of control and choice over body sensations

+ calm down and self-regulate

+ improve sleep
